Welcome to  Help Center. Accept Health has compiled some of the most frequently asked questions about bookings and services from clients over the years.

How do I make an appointment

I like to work with people in packages because people are committed upfront to the process. To discuss what packages may be right for you book a complimentary chat.

Please note this is not an advice-giving consult. 

If you are keen to book a one-off session so you can jump straight in, you are most welcome. You can do that here

Returning clients can book 30 min reviews appointments or 45-1hr review sessions and Coleambally people can book body composition scanning by clicking here

Can you order blood tests?

Yes, although you need to pay for any tests at the scheduled Laverty fee. This is only available for NSW residents.  Please ask me about ordering blood tests for you in your next appointment.

Do you bulk bill?

No sorry, I do not bulk bill.  Full fees are required upfront and your Medicare claims will be processed within 48 business hours of your appointment.

How do I pay for my online session?

You will be prompted to pay for your appointment upfront when you make your booking online. 

Will my private health insurance cover Dietitian-Nutritionist services?

Best to check with your provider as it may depend on your level of cover.

Do you see NDIS clients?

I am not registered with the NDIS. If you are after a registered NDIS provider consider ActivityAbility or google NSID telehealth providers. 

Do you see children?

No usually.  If you are from Coleambally please call me on 0417228295 and we can see if it is in my skill set.  Otherwise, I refer all my Paeds clients to a wonderful friend and Paeds Dietitian in Melbourne who does telehealth.  Call 03 9431 4337 and ask for a Telehealth appointment with Jemma.
