I’ve created this 6-week guided program for women in midlife who feel like their body has changed—and what used to work no longer does. RISE is designed to help you better understand your body, improve energy, support gut health, and reduce inflammation—without restrictive diets or overwhelm.
Rural women RISE is a dietitian-led program including expert guest content from Women's Health experts, including a Specialist Menopause GP and Women's Health Physio, with practical, evidence-based content and guidance in nutrition, movement, pelvic floor health, symptom management and much more.
Across the program, you’ll be guided through evidence-based nutrition, practical lifestyle strategies, and supportive group coaching to help you build sustainable habits that actually work in real life. With a strong focus on metabolic health, nervous system support, and behaviour change, this program complements medical care, allowing you to feel more in control, confident, and like yourself again.
It is a 6-week small-group program designed to support women through midlife (from early perimenopause to post menopause). If you have questions or symptoms or just want to understand your body better, it is time to RISE.
Thanks to the generous support of the Murrumbidgee Community Grants Program and the Country Women’s Association – Coleambally Argoon Branch, the Coleambally pilot will be offered at a subsidised cost for local women.
Eligibility for the pilot program is women who live in the Coleambally region wanting support with perimenopause and menopause symptoms. The program is aimed at women in their 40's to 60's, but if you are on either side of this and need support, you are most welcome.
Places are limited to 15 people for the pilot program COMMENCING MID AUGUST!!!
